About Me  

My name is Eric Ball, a social studies teacher in secondary education. I have degrees in Computer Science (AS), History (BA), and Secondary Education (MA). 

In my classroom, I strive to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected. I believe that social studies is a crucial subject that helps students understand the world around them and their place in it.  

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy reading fantasy books, walking in the beautiful Ozarks, and spending time with my family and friends. I'm always listening to music and podcasts--both educational and entertainment. My hobbies and my classroom overlap when it comes to mixing creativity with a thirst for knowledge.
